I learned new ways to enter data into my infographic. I used the website piktochart and I enjoyed making my infographic because the website I used made it easy, clear and simple to get my point across to my audience and represent my data correctly. I have used infographic websites in the past for school assignments and I believe I will in the future as well.

What is something that you feel like you are good at? It could be anything... Subject area in school, sport, hobby, craft... be creative! Think of 3 ways you could improve the classes' skill or knowledge in this content area. What are the techniques or "must knows" to become better at doing that thing? Write at least 5 sentences on the subject.
I feel like something I'm good at is helping people. I want to major in an area of social work in college, it's always been something that has interested me. My freshman year for my volunteer service hours I spent time at a women's domestic violence shelter called SafeHome and I really enjoyed learning from the current employees and volunteers what they do there and how I can help as well. Some techniques I think you would need would include being a people person and a good listener. Its important to understand what these women have gone through and know how to talk to them and treat them.

My Weekend- 4/3
This weekend I went down town to get my nails done with my friend Savannah. The next day I did my friend Ashley's makeup for prom. Later that day me and my friend Brianna went to the plaza to go shopping and to get dinner. -They help present information clearly and quickly and make it easier for people to recognize a pattern or trend in data.
What type of information is best displayed in an infographic?
-They can be used to show data in a flowchart, a timeline, comparison of two items, data, and research.
How can an infographic help convey your message to an audience?
-It helps the viewers comprehend the data or message conveyed by using color coding, graphics, references, time frames, statistics, and facts.
How might you use an infographic in your class assignments?
-I have used them in the past for assignments such as comparisons, and timelines. It is an easy way to present information in a way that is easy for the viewers to understand.
